Coaches

Our dedicated coaching staff gives up much of their free time to plan meetings, practices and competition. Our thanks go out to all of them.

	Eric Cowan Eric serves as the head coach of the flying team, and also as the coach for Aircraft Rec, and Navigation. He is also a full-time instructor, and check-airman.
Dave Stanko Dave is the simulator coach. He is also a full time instructor at the Institute of Aviation.
	Dana Dann-Messier Dana is the SCAN coach and a full time CFI at the Institute.
Dave Penney Dave is in addition to being the computer coach, is also a competitor on computer, nav, and landings, and is our First Officer, and a full time student at the University of Illinois. Dave currently holds a Commercial certificate with an Instrument rating.
	Paxton Corwin Paxton coaches Preflight, and assists in many other ways with the Team.
